What You Will Do
The People Insights Partner acts as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, utilizing data-driven insights to inform critical decisions. This role merges HR expertise with analytical skills to tackle workforce challenges and create actionable recommendations.
How you will do it
1. Serve as an analytics partner to business leaders
2. Understand business context, challenges, and objectives
3. Identify opportunities for people analytics to drive impact
4. Participate in leadership discussions with real-time insights
5. Challenge assumptions with data-driven perspectives
6. Formulate hypotheses and recommend analytical approaches
7. Create an analytics agenda aligned with business priorities
8. Educate leaders on workforce metrics and analytical methods
9. Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses using HR and business data
10. Build real-time visualizations to answer emerging questions
11. Apply statistical methods to validate hypotheses and identify patterns
12. Combine multiple data sources for comprehensive workforce views
13. Utilize tools like Power BI and Tableau for on-the-fly analysis
14. Translate findings into business-friendly narratives and recommendations
15. Design approaches for recurring business questions
16. Collaborate with technical teams on dashboard and report requirements
What We Look For
17. Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology, Economics, or related field
18. Experience in people or workforce analytics
19. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
20. Strong statistical analysis skills for HR data
21. Ability to influence senior leaders with insights
22. Excellent consulting and project management skills
23. Proficiency in analyzing data from multiple sources
24. Experience with statistical programming languages (R, Python) and HR systems (Workday)
25. Track record as a trusted advisor on people matters and demonstrated impact through analytical contributions.
