About you - SEN Teaching Assistant - Northampton, Northamptonshire
* Experience supporting children with special educational needs is desirable
* Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with pupils
* Able to support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
* Confident in adapting support to meet individual learning needs
* A team player who works well with teachers and support staff
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
