We're recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing global business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and is confident using Excel (including VLOOKUPs) to manage and update data accurately.

Your Role:

* Handle customer queries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner
* Update and maintain customer and pricing information using Excel
* Use VLOOKUPs confidently to retrieve and manage data
* Work closely with internal teams including Finance, Product, and Marketing
* Support accurate data entry and ensure systems are kept up to date
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships


Who We're Looking For:

* Confident using Excel (especially VLOOKUPs)
* Strong customer service or administration experience
* Clear communicator with a professional and positive attitude
* Organised, detail-focused, and reliable
* Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced environment

(You do NOT need advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables-just confidence with VLOOKUP and accurate data entry.)


Location & Hours:

* Newark - office based
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
* Occasional weekend/bank holiday cover may be required
