The Role
Site Assistant – 37 hours per week, All Year Round. Working Pattern: Mon-Thurs 1.30pm - 9.00pm and Fri 1.30pm - 8.30pm. Salary Scale E4-6. Starting Salary: £25,185.00.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about making a positive difference, to join our small, dynamic and friendly site team at Southam College. Working within our Estates Team to ensure the daily running of the school, supported by colleagues who take pride in the school, maintain it accordingly and go the extra mile in doing so.
We strive to provide high quality education for all students and are looking to recruit someone to support our students across the Trust in fulfilling their academic potential and enabling them to become ‘the best they can be’. An understanding of how every member of staff contributes to this is essential.
