We provide a range of great benefits such as an Employee Assistance Programme, an Employee Benefits Scheme, wellbeing support, travel rates at HMRC rates, as well as supporting a range of active Employee Network Groups.About the roleWe are looking for a customer-focused and hard-working individual to join our small team on a part-time basis working for 3 full days per week (to be discussed at interview).Our team – the Personal Budgets Support Service - delivers a wide range of financial support and advice to disabled people receiving Direct Payments in North Northamptonshire.Our customers rely on us to supply them with timely information, documents and support on a weekly basis, so much of the work is deadline driven and vital to people who use our services.The role will mean that you will be the first point of contact for people who use PBSS as a payroll provider. Although some knowledge of payroll and experience of working in a finance-based environment is preferred, we are very interested in people who are passionate about customer service and happy to learn new skills. You will possess excellent communication skills, be someone with who pays attention to detail and is thorough and accurate in your approach to work.Used to working with financial systems, you will be methodical, organised, able to work to deadlines both as part of a team and on your own and with the ability to prioritise work.
