We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and take over both commercial and residential conveyancing work at our law firm clients Southport office.

Contract: Temporary or permanent options available
Hours: 9am - 5pmLocation: Southport - office based 4 days per week, with the option of 1 day working from home
Parking: Potential availability
Requirements
Strong experience in commercial and residential conveyancing
Familiarity with case management software
Qualified Lawyer or Legal Executive
Ability to manage a varied caseload including:
Leases
Property transactions
Purchases
Equity matters
