Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for other legal firms, providing support and guidance on the conveyancing portal and the services offered by the business.
Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients via telephone, email, and letter, handling a range of general queries, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless process.
The role involves checking application processes for accuracy and compliance, as well as updating the online administration portal accordingly.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a high level of client care at all times.
Profile
Previous customer service experience from any background; transferable skills are welcome.
Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Salary of £23,810+ within a reputable legal sector business; no prior experience required as full training is provided.
