Job Overview
The role of Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to one or a number of high-level Executives. This includes ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities and contributing to the overall efficiency of the Executive's workflow.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensuring the executive's time is used efficiently.
* Handling incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive, including managing emails, phone calls and written correspondence
* Responsible for gathering and summarising information for the executive. This could involve research, data analysis, and creating reports.
* Offering meeting support, which may include preparing materials and documents for meetings, attending meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items and decisions.
* Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels and transportation, and creating itineraries for business trips.
* Keeping the executive files and documents organised and ensuring important information is readily available and accessible.
* Supporting the executive in delegating tasks to other team members, tracking progress, ensuring that projects and initiatives stay on schedule and ensuring system accuracy.
* Dealing with sensitive and confidential information, maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism at all times.
* Organisation of meetings booking rooms /conf calls etc. setting up the rooms.
* Acting as a point of contact between the CEO & the board along with internal/external colleagues
* Production of expenses for the CEO.
* Maintaining org charts and distribution contact lists.
* Demonstrable experience working in a similar role at Senior Director/Board level
* Be a master conqueror of chaos
Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace.
* Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proactive, Can do attitude.
* Highly confidential.
* Excellent attendance and timekeeping along with flexibility.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
* Superb organisational skills.
* High energy level and creative problem solving abilities.
* Must be able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
