Fantastic client services role within an events agency where you will be responsible for strategically growing global accounts! Life sciences industry sector experience and working with pharma clients in events is KEY.
The agency
This full service events and comms agency work with well known global brands, predominantly in the automotive, technology and pharma sectors, to deliver a range of events and experiences. From large scale congresses for 1000's to stand alone meetings for 500 delegates, through to product launches these events come with logistically complex elements and are delivered worldwide in some fantastic destinations.
The role
Due to rapid expansion and continuous excellent delivery of a range of events across their pharma clients (congresses, ad boards, stand alones and investigator meetings) we are now supporting with an exciting new opportunity for an Account Director to join their client services team. This is a strategic role where you will support the Senior Account Directors and senior leadership teams to develop and retain key accounts as well as onboarding new ones.
About you
Proven in developing account revenue, leading sales pitches and understanding event delivery from an agency perspective is key - this role will need gravitas and empathy to ensure you can build trust easily with clients. Strong events or healthcare comms/med comms agency experience with global events is imperative. Proven client services experience needed in agency environment that delivers life science events - a deep understanding of the nuances of the industry is needed.
