Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 / ONC / C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or Armed Forces trade equivalent: REME, RAF, or Royal Navy training)
* Strong fault-finding and mechanical repair skills
* Experience with pneumatics and fast-moving machinery (advantageous but not essential)
* A proactive, team-focused attitude with a hunger to learn and grow
Candidates who are currently a Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Aircraft Engineer, Weapons Mechanic, Marine Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Plant Fitter, Plant Engineer, Factory Engineer, Packaging Engineer, Maintenance and any equivalent background will be suitable for the role
Responsibilities
* Maintain, service, and repair a range of production machinery - including motors, gearboxes, high-speed packaging lines, and conveyors
* Conduct proactive and reactive mechanical fault finding
* Lead planned and preventative maintenance activities
* Drive equipment performance improvements in a world-class engineering setup
* Bring a calm, focused, solutions-driven approach to a fast-paced environment
