Snr Workday Technical Delivery Manager - SC Cleared - Inside IR35 Contract

The Opportunity
Our client is delivering a major Workday Transformation and requires a proven Senior Workday Technical Workstream Delivery Manager to lead the technical preparation phase. This is a critical, greenfield role: you will establish the technical workstream from scratch and own the delivery of the Data, Integrations, and Technical Readiness sub-streams.
Key Requirements & Focus
You must have a minimum of 10+ years' Workday/ERP delivery experience with a demonstrable track record of mobilising technical workstreams from a zero base in complex programmes.
Your focus will be on:
* SC Clearance (Mandatory)
* Leadership of Data Migration strategy and execution.
* Deep knowledge of Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
* Managing senior deputies across sub-workstreams.
* Oversight of environments, security, and technical compliance (GDPR/Audit).
* Strong stakeholder management with CTO/Programme Director level leaders.
Desirable: Public Sector experience.
