A highly regarded Top Legal 500 law firm is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor (2–6 years PQE) to join its established and thriving Real Estate team in Central Manchester. The Role
You will handle a high‑quality caseload of residential property matters while working alongside a strong and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a department that continues to grow its reputation for technical excellence and client service.
Responsibilities
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Complex or high‑value residential property matters (depending on PQE level)
* Liaising with developers, lenders, estate agents, and private clients
* Managing files independently with appropriate supervision
* Supporting junior team members where necessary
About You
We are keen to speak with confident, motivated Residential Property Solicitors with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to client care.
Qualifications
* 2–6 years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* A meticulous eye for detail and ability to work efficiently
* A team‑first mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment
