Anchorage Care provides supervision and support to elderly and vulnerable people within their own homes. We offer support with daily living tasks including; Personal care, medication prompting, meal preparation, shopping, housework and companionship. We help to promote peoples independence and help them to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
* Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
* Maintain clear communication with clients and their families to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
* Document and report any changes in client health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
* Drive/walk to clients' homes as needed, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to care schedules.
Qualifications/Experience
No experience needed as full training will be provided.
Candidates should be able to operate a smart phone, able to use the internet/emails and have an ability to follow care plans and instructions. Candidates will require a kind, honest heart, patience and a passion of helping others
We operate during the hours of 07.00 until 22.00 and can offer you as many or as little hours as you would like within these hours to suit your lifestyle. YOU are in control of your work pattern.
Owning your own vehicle is preferred, however we do have some walking positions available in some areas, so both car drivers and non car drivers should apply
