Leadership & Team Management Lead and inspire a team of 25 cleaning staff across multiple sites. Build a culture of accountability, pride, and professionalism. Oversee scheduling, site performance, and service quality. Manage communication between staff, clients, and admin support. 2. Systems & Process Design Audit every functionHR, payroll, invoicing, training, quality control. Create and implement clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Integrate automation and tools to make operations smooth and trackable. Design reporting systems that show performance at a glance. 3. HR, Recruitment & Retention Own recruitmentjob adverts, interviews, onboarding. Strengthen retention through culture and accountability. Manage HR compliance and documentation. Ensure every new hire has a structured training path. 4. Client Management & Quality Build strong client relationshipsreliability, professionalism, communication. Conduct site inspections and audits. Respond to client issues proactively and professionally. Prepare tenders and quotes when opportunities arise. 5. Compliance & Oversight Oversee health & safety compliance (risk assessments, COSHH, incident reporting). Liaise with external H&S consultants. Supervise admin/bookkeeping support (Xero, invoicing, payroll). Provide weekly and monthly operational reports.
