Background
We are seeking Resorts Drivers (Level 1) to join our team working on behalf of the council in the
Bridport area, including the West Bay and Lyme Regis areas. This temporary role involves driving acouncil vehicle to empty bins and support the maintenance of resort cleanliness. The position is on a rotating shift basis (4 days on, 2 days off).
Key Responsibilities
1. Safely operate council vehicles to collect and empty bins in designated resort areas.
2. Ensure the safe disposal of waste and debris according to council regulations.
3. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the resort areas.
4. Adhere to all traffic laws, council policies, and safety protocols while driving.
5. Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition.
