Contact Centre Representative – Internal Only

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Part‑time hours will be considered with a pro‑rated salary.
Shift pattern: 5 days a week, Monday – Sunday, 07:00–22:00.
Salary: £24,979.50 per annum (£12.81 per hour with the opportunity to increase with KPI’s).
Location: Norwich – Hybrid.
Training: Commit to 2 weeks of full‑time training, Monday to Friday, 09:30–17:00.
Start date: To be confirmed.
Pre‑employment screening: This role is subject to pre‑employment screening, including a basic DBS check and two years of references. Screening must be completed prior to the start date.
UK‑based role: Hybrid work must also be within the UK.
Internet requirement: 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download speed.
About You
* Genuine desire to help the community, empathetic and attentive to customers’ needs.
* Minimum one year of experience in a customer‑facing role; experience in a contact centre is an advantage.
* Computer based – able to navigate multiple systems; CRM knowledge will be provided.
* Adaptable, confident working across teams, comfortable managing a variety of customer interactions including complaints and sensitive issues.
The Role
Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support. Handle inbound calls, make outbound follow‑up calls, and manage administrative duties within the contact centre operations. Work closely with all departments to maintain quality, accuracy, and outstanding service. Support the Customer Relations function, including managing enquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with complaint handling according to service standards.
