* reverse engineering
The role:
* You'll join our Browser team looking to identify vulnerabilities in a chosen platform using both static and dynamic analysis techniques.
* You'll develop Proof-of-Concepts for vulnerabilities identified.
* You'll use common VR toolsets such as fuzzers and reverse engineering tools; as well as have access to custom tooling built in house (as well as developing your own!).
* You'll need to present your findings in a useful and accessible way to others.
* You'll have access to internal and external training and conferences to refine and hone your skillsets.
The ideal candidate:
* Has a genuine interest and curiosity about web browsers and related technologies
* Has experience with (or willingness to learn) modern C++ development practices
* Has experience with (or willingness to learn) one or more languages more suited to tooling such as Python and Go
* Is able to read and understand ARM64 / x64 assembly code
* Can work to understand complex targets with the help and support of team members, and is comfortable documenting and sharing their understanding for others to benefit from
* Enjoys problem solving and understanding complex systems through methodical analysis

The location:
Depending on location you'll have the opportunity to either work remote or from one of our offices, based in the centre of Basingstoke (6-minute walk from the local shopping centre & train station) or London (Southwark).
