We are looking for a skilled and target-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations within the region. From customer bookings to completed installations, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and a right-first-time fit to drive revenue for the business.
Role overview
As Regional Operations Manager, you will manage all pipelines of work across our product range, ensuring surveying and installation capacity are optimal and that all jobs meet Anglian standards, providing an excellent experience for our customers.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large teams across multiple locations and working collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to optimize operations and coordinate installations effectively.
Role duties & responsibilities
1. Recruit, appraise, motivate, and retain employees within budget.
2. Maintain a trained subcontractor network to meet revenue targets.
3. Collaborate with the depot senior team.
4. Review contracts post-survey for pricing adherence; accept or reject contracts as permitted.
5. Manage the depot’s P&L.
6. Monitor KPIs, motivate teams, and find solutions to meet targets.
7. Ensure jobs progress through the pipeline to meet company and customer satisfaction.
8. Ensure surveys and installations adhere to specifications, safety, quality standards, and timelines.
9. Handle CEO complaints and serve as the regional customer contact.
10. Lead by example in customer communication and service.
11. Oversee after-sales issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Knowledge & competencies required
1. Experience managing customer-facing profit and loss roles with a turnover of at least £10m annually.
2. Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements.
3. Experience at a senior management level.
4. Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
5. Fenestration knowledge.
6. Strong business and commercial acumen.
7. Ability to interpret profit and loss reports.
8. Excellent management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
9. Experience working with employed and self-employed individuals and stakeholders.
10. Methodical and organized approach to work.
