Your Role as a Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized nursing care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation. Whether you’re a recent graduate or a seasoned RN, this position offers the chance to work both independently and collaboratively with a team of passionate professionals.

Key Responsibilities
As an RN, you will:
* Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
* Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
* Utilize technology to enhance patient care quality.
* Delegate and supervise unlicensed personnel while maintaining overall nursing accountability.
* Engage in leadership roles within departmental and organizational committees.
Qualifications
* Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred).
* Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
* Ability to obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
