We're hiring a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the development of an innovative IVD medical device from prototype through to regulated market readiness.
In this hands-on role, you will drive integrated plans across engineering, regulatory, and clinical workstreams, ensuring aligned execution in a fast-paced start-up environment. You'll provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies while enabling cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver at pace.
What You'll Do
Own and drive cross-functional project plans (software, hardware, regulatory, clinical)
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned delivery
Lead transition from prototype to regulated device
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and key decisions
Support QMS implementation and promote disciplined documentation and traceability
What You Bring
Experience delivering medical devices or IVDs through the full lifecycle
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of regulated development environments (e.g., ISO 13485)
Comfort working in an evolving, early-stage company
