Role Overview
To support our specialist housing portfolio within the adult health and social care sector by progressing suitable clients into accommodation quickly and effectively, while helping to keep void periods low.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and managing client leads
* Screening and assessing client suitability
* Undertaking affordability checks
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Liaising with clients, staff, and external professionals
* Progressing lets and supporting quick turnaround of vacant properties
* Helping maintain low void levels across the portfolio
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ lettings experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to a car
* Strong client-facing communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proven track record of delivering results in a busy lettings environment
You will be confident, professional, and highly organised, with the ability to manage competing demands in a busy environment.
You must be comfortable working in a role with clear expectations around performance, turnaround times, and occupancy.
