This Marketing Manager role sits at the heart of growth for a full-service digital marketing agency. The focus is on nurturing prospects from first conversation through to signing, creating a clear, repeatable new-business pipeline. This is not a brand-only position. It’s a commercially focused Marketing Manager role where you’ll manage relationships, create structure, and support consistent deal flow. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and help reduce reliance on ad-hoc networking by building a sustainable marketing engine.


What you’ll be doing

As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the top-to-mid funnel. You’ll plan and coordinate content that supports lead generation and nurturing, including LinkedIn activity, insight pieces, and case studies that reflect the agency’s full-service offer. You’ll manage the CRM, ensuring every prospect interaction, next step, and follow-up is clearly tracked. You’ll design and run structured nurture journeys so prospects remain engaged over time. You’ll qualify and prepare prospects ahead of meetings, then manage post-meeting follow-ups and longer-term relationship building. You’ll coordinate with external suppliers where required and ensure activity stays aligned to commercial goals. You’ll report on pipeline health, forecasts, and progress, using insight to refine and improve performance.


What experience you’ll need to apply

* B2B marketing experience, ideally within an agency or professional services setting.
* Experience working within or alongside a full-service digital marketing agency environment.
* Hands-on experience managing and nurturing leads through a CRM such as Pipedrive or HubSpot.
* Ability to plan and coordinate content that supports lead generation and conversion.
* Clear, business-focused written communication skills.
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
* Experience managing suppliers and monitoring delivery.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of how agencies win new work.


What you’ll get in return for your experience

In return for your experience as Marketing Manager, you’ll receive a salary in the £30,000–£40,000 range, with flexibility depending on skills and experience. There is openness to adjusting level and package for the right candidate. You’ll join a collaborative, office-led team within a full-service digital marketing agency, with clear visibility of how your work contributes to growth. Flexible working hours can be considered, alongside an environment that supports learning, ownership, and progression.
