Responsibilities:
* Collaborating within the team while also demonstrating self-motivation and independence
* Adhering to company and team policies and practices
* Taking ownership of support tickets from initiation to resolution
* Managing SLAs and meeting customer expectations
* Responding to email and phone support requests to maintain customer computer systems
* Providing technical support via phone, email, and remote channels
* Handling both reactive and proactive maintenance tasks
* Contributing to IT projects as needed
