Runa Farm is a hotel and wedding venue set in the heart of County Durham. Known for its heritage, charm and exceptional guest experiences, we host everything from luxury stays and fine dining to high-end weddings and private events.
Part of The Apartment Group, one of the North Easts leading hospitality and wedding venue groups, we are now looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead Runa Farm into its next chapter.

The Role:
As General Manager, you will have full ownership of the day-to-day performance, culture and guest experience of the estate. You will lead from the front, inspire your team and ensure every guest leaves feeling looked after and valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
? Overall leadership of hotel, weddings, events, food & beverage and accommodation
? Delivering outstanding guest experience at every touchpoint
? Managing and developing a strong management team
? Full P&L responsibility, driving revenue and controlling costs
? Setting and maintaining high service and presentation standards
? Overseeing weddings and high-value events from enquiry through to delivery
? Ensuring all health & safety, licensing and compliance standards are met
? Working closely with Group Operations and senior leadership
This is a visible, hands-on role you will be present in the business, supporting your team and engaging with guests.
About You:

? Luxury or boutique hotels
? Wedding venues, destination venues or event-led hospitality
? High-volume, high-expectation environments
