We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Onsite Support Engineer to be the face of our IT team, covering the Northern area of the country. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to expert for infrastructure issues that require on-site resolution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services across our UK operations.

What You'll Do:
* Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently, escalating when necessary.
* Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* Collaborate with remote IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
* Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset inventory.
* Support onboarding/offboarding processes including device provisioning.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a desktop support or IT technician role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus.
* Specialist technical knowledge in Windows 11, Citrix technologies, Active Directory, Microsoft applications
(including Office and Outlook/Exchange), desktop and laptop hardware, software deployment technologies,
McAfee antivirus, remote control software, network administration, TCP/IP, printers (various types) and VPN
