Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £90 - £115 per day (Depending on experience and qualification level)
Start Date: As soon as possible / September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Term-time

GSL Education is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a lovely nursery in Eastbourne, East Sussex. If you're currently working towards your Level 3 in Childcare and Education, you are still welcome to apply!
About the Role:
You’ll be supporting children aged 0–5, helping create a safe, stimulating environment where they can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Create and maintain a warm, inclusive setting
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Assist with planning, observations, and daily routines
• Help set up and maintain indoor and outdoor learning spaces
• Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
Job Requirements:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or currently working towards it)
• Experience supporting children in a nursery or EYFS setting
• Sound knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
