We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with experience from within the insurance industry (or from working in businesses providing services into it) to join our highly motivated team.
With demonstrated high-level stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels, you will support the Commercial Director to develop and implement a commercial strategy that aligns with Broker Insights’ objectives and market opportunities.
Utilising your extensive leadership experience to manage and motivate a team of experienced Insurance professionals to drive digital transformation across the commercial insurance sector, you’ll develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Broker Insights’ product and the market. You will attend joint face-to-face visits with the Broker Relationship Managers to build relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding the team to maximise broker engagement, usage, and utilisation of the platform, delivering key messages and driving change management.
With strong commercial acumen and active listening skills, you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities with strategic customers.
You will also have opportunities to develop your professional networks by attending industry events such as CII functions and the annual BIBA conference.
