Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant or Phlebotomist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential services to our patients. The Healthcare Assistant will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care, ensuring high standards of service and comfort for all clients.
The role could be full time or part time, job share considered.
Responsibilities
* Follow healthcare and procedure protocols accurately, ensuring all specific needs are met.
* Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide updates on health and any concerns.
* Document care provided accurately using SystmOne.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Skills
* Good communication skills in English, with the ability to listen attentively and convey information clearly.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within clinics.
* IT proficiency (SystmOne experience desirable) for documentation and updating patient records accurately.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a healthcare environment.
* Driving is essential as work could be at any of our 4 sites in rural Wiltshire (Wilton, Codford, Shrewton and Fovant).

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 37.5 per week
