Responsibilities
* Assist the Manager and therapist team in daily tasks.
* Hygiene and Sanitisation tasks, health and safety tasks.
* Perform Spa Packages, Holistic treatments.
* Perform a range of body massages and wellness treatments.
* Perform a range of skin and facial treatments.
* Perform a range of beauty treatments.
* Conduct skin analysis (face and body).
* Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival.
* Provide consultations product recommendations & after care advice.
* Sales & marketing assistance.
* Assist in stocktaking, reports.
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills with a customer focused attitude.
* Proven track record of exceeding retail sales targets and delivering outstanding customer services in beauty industry.
* Ability to demonstrate your own initiative and have a compassionate, intuitive and have a compassionate, intuitive, caring and sensitive understanding of clients needs.
* Great communication & interpersonal skills.
* Must be trustworthy, reliable and empathic to others.
* Strong work ethic with a ‘can do attitude’.
* Enjoys working with an enthusiastic, positive team.
* Must have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
* Previous Spa, Skinor Beauty or similar experience.
* Experience in retail and sales experience.
* Experience in advanced skin treatments.
