SEN Teaching Assistant (SEMH Support - Year 5 & 6) Location: Rugby, CV22 Weekly Rate: £455-£480 Start Date: 01/09/2025 Hours: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Contract: Long Term to Permanent We're recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Rugby (CV22). This full-time role involves supporting pupils in Year 5 and Year 6 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. You'll be working closely with children who require consistent, nurturing support to manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and access learning. A proactive, calm, and relationship-focused approach is essential, alongside experience in spotting signs of dysregulation and supporting pupils with additional needs.
