The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work in close partnership with managers across the business to implement HR strategy Delivering high quality support and advise to managers across the business to improve employee experience and support the vision, mission, and values of the business Support and advise managers with recruitment selection, working closely with the Recruitment Coordinator to select the best candidates for roles Working with the business to ensure that all new joiners are appropriately onboarded Support and advise managers with best practice to develop high-performing teams covering areas such as performance management, succession, development, resourcing of talent, organisation design, cost management and training & development planning/co-ordination Supporting managers with complex ER cases and changes in terms and conditions Working with the business and the Head of HR to understand people trends and to develop and deliver appropriate interventions to improve the employee experience, reduce attrition and increase engagement Input into monthly reporting to the leadership team Drive compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations Hours & Salary: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 17:30pm Salary of: £45,000 - £50,000 - PLUS company car & bonus Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will have: Qualified to the CIPD level 5 Ability to multi-task in a high-energy fast paced environment Previous employee relations experience with working knowledge of employment laws and regulations Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully at all levels with all levels of business Computer literate, with a high knowledge in MS Office and similar packages Ability to read, understand and execute HR related reports, policies and initiatives whilst maintaining partner confidence Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain effective and productive working relationships within all sites and departments whilst acting with confidentiality and diplomacy Knowledge on existing and new legislations A positive can-do attitude The ability to produce work to a very high standard A team player mentality An awareness of Health and Safety procedures/policies Desirable: Evidence of continuous personal development Experience of working in a similar industry Strong excel Motus Truck & Van is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely based on skills and experience.
