Key Responsibilities: Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles Carry out diagnostics and fault finding using the latest tools and software Complete vehicle health checks and report on any additional work required Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer and industry standards Keep accurate records of all work undertaken and adhere to health & safety regulations Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop Requirements: Level 2/3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or independent garage Confident with diagnostics, servicing, and general repairs Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence is essential MOT Tester status is desirable but not essential Whats On Offer: Competitive salary: £28,000 - £38,000 depending on experience bonus Ongoing training and development, including manufacturer courses Career progression opportunities within a growing business A supportive and professional workshop environment Company pension, holidays, and other standard benefits If youre a qualified technician based near Telford and looking for your next challenge, wed love to hear from you.
