About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).
* Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.
* Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes.
* Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship
Requirements:
* Kind, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals.
* Previous experience is desired but not required—full training provided.
* Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
