Associate and Senior Associate – Corporate M&A (Elite US Law Firm, London)
An elite US law firm with a highly regarded London corporate practice is seeking to appoint additional lawyers at both Associate (3–5 PQE) and Senior Associate (6–8 PQE) levels. The team continues to experience strong deal flow across its core practice areas and is looking to strengthen its bench with high-calibre corporate lawyers.
The Role
This position will focus primarily on private M&A, with exposure to private equity transactions. Associates in the team benefit from significant responsibility, close client contact, and the opportunity to work on high-value, complex cross-border matters.
Candidate Requirements
• 3–5 years’ PQE or 6–8 years’ PQE
• Strong London market experience within a leading corporate practice
• A track record of advising on sophisticated M&A transactions
• Excellent academic background
• Ability to work effectively within lean deal teams and a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical skills and a commercial mindset
