Job Title: Graduate Air Information Management and Technology
Location: Warton/ Samlesbury (Lancashire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you’ll be doing:
Monitor IMT performance metrics and liaise with managers and customers to ensure that service level agreements are not breached without the stakeholders being given the opportunity of planning for a deterioration in service.
Problem solves and assists with the resolution of technical queries by interrogating data and documentation to identify process issues and where possible, provides solutions in support of continuous improvement.
Identifies operational problems and contributes to their resolution using standard procedures and tools to carry our system backups and data restoration.
Interacts effectively and confidently with the Customers, Managers and Suppliers as required.
