Purpose of the Role
The role of the Presentation Consultant is to assist our clients in transforming their content into visualised graphics with animation with the support of our m62|vincis Intellectual Property.
A Presentation Consultant’s role will be gaining an understanding of the content the client would like to present, turning this into a visualised storyboard, and presenting back to clients on a regular basis.
The Presentation Consultant will be expected to oversee the end-to-end production workflow for each of their own clients. You will be the main point of contact for multiple clients at the same time and will be expected to have excellent customer service skills.
It is important to note that working hours for this role are dependent on the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate must be able to be flexible to service all our clients from multiple time zones including those located on the US west coast.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end production workflow of client presentations.
* Act as the point of contact for client and internal stakeholders.
* Be responsible for reporting on project status, deadlines and actions.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships in order to establish opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
* Attend messaging consultancy sessions to gain an understanding of the value propositions and messages pertaining to a client’s presentation.
* Attend client content calls to understand the messages to be visualised in the presentation.
* Visualise content and create animated storyboard slides utilising m62|vincis Intellectual Property.
* Educate clients on m62|vincis Intellectual Property.
* Provide comprehensive briefs to delivery team.
* Carry out client meetings and reviews using m62|vincis virtual technology.
* Identify issues which will affect time or quality of delivery and offer potential solutions.
* Engage with other departments to ensure quality and production meets clients’ expectations.
* Occasional international travel to facilitate client coaching.
Experience and Knowledge
* Capable of following client direction and applying m62 philosophy and methodology.
* Confident public speaker as will be required to regularly present to clients.
* Attention to detail - applying high quality standards to all tasks in hand, no matter how small, and ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
* Multi-tasking - often working with more than one client at a time; using a range of media.
* Project management - ability to manage multiple projects at any one time whilst following a process and working with others.
* Time management - ability to manage own time based on clients’ needs and deliverables.
* Flexible approach - ability to be responsive to client needs when working in multiple time zones.
* Excellent oral and written expression - communicating effectively by word of mouth and in writing.
* Issue identification - able to identify issues which will affect time or quality of delivery and offer solutions.
* Ability to work in a team and contribute to a great working environment.
* Good knowledge of presentation applications (predominantly but not exclusively PowerPoint 2010+).
* Ability to turn data into infographics and visuals to convey a message
