This role is focused on identifying and unlocking new business opportunities, building and managing a high-performing panel of brokers, and driving revenue through a data-led approach.
Perfect for someone who has experience using data insights to target the right relationships, test new strategies, and refine pipelines for maximum impact.
What you'll be doing:
* Unearthing and developing new business opportunities by analysing market data
* Expanding and managing a panel of high-performing brokers, focusing on quality relationships
* Using data to prioritise activity and shape strategy
* Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, ops, underwriting) to deliver a seamless broker experience
* Acting as a champion for data-led sales across the team
* Feeding back insights to inform product development and highlight new market opportunities
* Representing the business at events as a trusted expert in your space
