Prospero Teaching are looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Acocks Green, starting as soon as possible. About the Role: Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with a range of SEND, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs. Support learning both in and out of the classroom, adapting tasks to meet individual needs. Help create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported. Work closely with class teachers, the SENDCo, and external professionals to deliver tailored support. Encourage independence, confidence, and self-esteem in all learners. What We're Looking For: An level 3 Teaching Assistant who has experience working for a minimum of 6 months in a UK primary school A caring, patient, and proactive approach. Experience working with children with SEND (in a school or similar setting). Strong communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all pupils.
