We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Want to be a part of it? What you'll be doing? You'll work various shift patterns covering between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and weekends between 7am and 4pm. You'll have full accountability for scheduling work, including dealing with emergency & planned work and keeping customers up to date throughout the process. Through exceptional communication with internal and external customers, validation of onsite videos and systems you will execute a right first time plan for every job, whilst effectively updating and managing through the client and business systems. You'll take ownership of all planned work, ensuring teams are attending each job on time and will own the priority of the work, constructing the correct resource to site in a logical and safe manner. You'll be planning orders within the client SLA’s whilst optimising travel time and increasing team productivity and make sure the highest level of service is delivered to both external and internal customers, giving excellent customer satisfaction every time. You'll use the client systems real time, assigning work on time and ensuring all operations are created, assigned, and recorded.
