Our client is seeking a Paralegal to Legal Assistant who has worked in Property Litigation previously, to support a team of fee earners across all aspects of their work. You will be the first point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, where you will undertake a range of work across the department's mixed caseload.
This is a real opportunity for development in a modern environment where you will have the opportunity to learn and work on complex matters for both Commercial and Residential property to include:
1. Landlord and Tenant disputes
2. Statements and legal documents for boundary disputes and possession claims
3. Leases and enfranchisement documentation
4. You will work on TOLATA claims, and easement issues
5. Prepare Bundles and support in Court Proceedings
