Commercial Property Solicitor (Full-Time / Flexible Hours Available) – Sutton Coldfield A well-established law firm based in Sutton Coldfield, providing high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals, known for its approachable, client-focused service is now seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team on a full-time basis. Flexible working arrangements may be available for the right candidate. The Role You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: Commercial property sales and acquisitions Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licences Advising on landlord and tenant matters Supporting property development projects Acting in transactions involving pension property investments Liaising with lenders and financial institutions on funding arrangements Managing transactions through to completion, including Land Registry requirements and SDLT considerations About You Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) 3 Proven experience in commercial property law Strong knowledge of leases, licences and development work Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently Excellent client care and communication skills Commercial awareness and attention to detail Why Join?
