Kerry Robert Associates is recruiting for a General Manager to head up and lead a newly developed hotel which is located within a trendy neighbourhood of London.
If you carry extensive hotel General Manager experience in overseeing all commercial aspects of a medium sized hotel, which has uniquely designed bedrooms and an exclusive Food and Beverage offerings throughout the property, then this could be a great opportunity for you.
This role would suit someone who is able to engage well with the local neighbourhood, building a strong connection to drive F&B sales.
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of revenue generation, sales & marketing to capture and maximise on all opportunities.
You must have strong leadership skills in managing and developing a team to perform a high-quality hotel operation. This role would suit someone who is guest focused and has a proven track record in delivering a first-class service.
Skills required:
* Must come from a prestigious hospitality background (4/5-star hotel)
* Strong understanding of rooms yielding, rooms positioning and all online selling platforms
* Carries solid Food and Beverage knowledge, who is in tune with London’s F&B trends/offerings
* Creative in driving Sales and Marketing plans and a strategic thinker
* Understands hotel financials (P&L, budgets and targets)
* Experienced in controlling payroll hours and hotel costs well.
* A team player who communicates clearly and motivates all employees
* Experienced in managing multiple departmental teams
Salary – £130,000 - £165,000 plus bonus and great benefits
Location – London (on site role)
