We
are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the smooth operation of our restaurant and inspire our team to
deliver exceptional service at every interaction. This is a
fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional with a love for

The
Role
As
an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key part in leading the
day-to-day running of the restaurant. You will:
* Ensure
seamless, personalised service for every guest, maintaining Beaverbrook’s high
standards.
* Oversee
daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on organisation and attention
to detail.
* Lead,
coach and develop the team — from onboarding to ongoing training, menu
knowledge, and health & safety compliance.
* Support
the department in achieving targets across sales, cost control, guest
satisfaction, and service delivery.
* Maintain
accurate and timely payroll and T&A records, including absences and
holidays.
* Deliver
clear daily briefings and ensure effective communication between shifts for
smooth operations.
The Person
You are an
inspiring, guest‑focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You
will bring:
* Experience
leading and motivating a restaurant or hospitality team to deliver
exceptional standards.
* Strong
training capabilities and confidence in developing others in product
knowledge and service skills.
* Excellent
communication skills and impeccable personal presentation.
* A good
understanding of budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
* Experience
within a luxury or 5‑star environment — LQA experience is a distinct
advantage.
Shift
Pattern:
* This position will consist of 45 hours per week, working any 5 days
out of 7.
* The typical shift times for this position will consist of:
06:45-17:00, 11:30-22:00, 11:30-01:00 or 15:00-01:00, with some variation
dependent upon business needs.
