Overview
Workshop Administrator role at WMJobs. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Coleshill, Warwickshire. 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and clerical support to the workshops, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication.
* Manage schedules, coordinate resources, handle paperwork, and maintain records related to workshop activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Previous administrative experience in a busy, service-driven environment.
* Knowledge of workshop, fleet or technical service operations.
* Understanding of compliance requirements (health & safety, MOT regulations, recordkeeping standards).
* Good communication skills to liaise with Supervisors, Technicians, customers and suppliers.
