You’ll become a key user of our systems and help create a network of key users across the business, ensuring every department is involved in future improvements. Your First 6 Months You’ll complete a structured, hands-on development programme designed to give you a complete understanding of our business. You’ll gain experience across: Call Centre Administration Finance & Accounting HR IT Central Purchasing Operations and field teams You’ll also have the opportunity to: Visit Daikin UK (London) Gain exposure to Daikin Europe (Belgium) Learn best practices from an international network Support wider projects linked to digital transformation and business improvement By the end of this programme, you’ll be one of the few people in the business with a true end-to-end understanding of how everything connects.
