We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
* Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
* Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Skills
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear communication.
* Ability to drive may be beneficial for travelling between different locations if required.
* Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and respond to their needs.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently.
