Job Description Experian’s Digital Workplace team is looking for a Head of Campus Network to lead our global engineering and operations for Secure Service Edge (SSE) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). In this role, you’ll guide the evolution of our Zero Trust architecture, ensuring secure and seamless access for colleagues, partners, and applications across cloud and on‑prem environments. You’ll champion our move from legacy VPN to modern ZTNA, improving segmentation, strengthening access controls, and reducing risk. You’ll shape global standards for traffic steering, client deployments, TLS inspection, and identity integration, while also acting as our wireless networking expert. As a hands‑on leader, you’ll support complex troubleshooting, help refine policies, and drive platform optimisation. You’ll also advance automation through Infrastructure‑as‑Code and API‑driven approaches to create consistent, scalable, and efficient operations. Collaboration will be central—partnering with Identity, Cloud, Network, Endpoint, and SOC teams to ensure secure, integrated, end‑to‑end visibility across our ecosystem. This is a hybrid, London-based role (40% working in office) reporting to the VP for Digital Workplace Operations NA, India and APAC Summary of Primary Responsibilities Zero Trust & SASE Leadership Lead the design and operation of a Zero Trust framework aligned with NIST standards. Own Zscaler or Netskope platforms, including configuration, policy governance, and lifecycle management. Define CASB, SWG, and DLP controls while integrating SD‑WAN to optimise performance and security visibility. Wireless & RF Engineering Oversee enterprise wireless infrastructure end‑to‑end, from RF design and surveys to deployment and optimisation. Deliver advanced RF tuning, roaming optimisation, and Wi‑Fi 6/6E operations, with planning for Wi‑Fi 7 adoption. Manage wireless controllers and cloud platforms such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Aruba Central, or Juniper Mist, ensuring strong wireless security standards (WPA3, 802.1X/EAP, RADIUS). Strategic Leadership Lead network engineering teams across both security and wireless disciplines. Develop the enterprise network roadmap and manage vendor relationships, procurement, and technology evaluation. Track KPIs related to uptime, wireless performance, and overall security posture.
