Job Description
1. Lead and manage public construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with objectives.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
4. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks to ensure timely delivery.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
6. Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
7. Oversee procurement and contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
8. Manage and mentor project team members to achieve project goals effectively.
