The Shift Maintenance Team Leaders will play a vital role within our organization, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal functioning and upkeep of all site-wide Processing & Utilities Systems/Equipment, adhering strictly to cGMP and Health & Safety Standards, through your own role, and by line managing a small team of Maintenance Technician's. By delivering effective and efficient maintenance services, you will contribute significantly to the smooth operation and overall success of our facility. As a Maintenance Team Leader with on-shift line management and coordination responsibilities, you will be a role model to your team and other teams for excellence, safety, and continuous improvement, contributing significantly to the success of the team and the overall site operations. Please note these are shift-based roles, working a 4 on, 4 off (2D/2N) pattern. Key responsibilities… Ensuring execution of Corrective, Predictive, and Preventative Maintenance work orders to ensure optimal equipment utilization on-site on your shift. You will provide on-shift Line Management and coordination of work priorities in the maintenance team and any short-term planning requirements in conjunction with operating area leadership. Provide a consistent and thorough handover to the next Maintenance Team Leader on shift, or where not available, the relevant Maintenance Technicians. Guide and support the maintenance team in diagnosing stoppages and malfunctions, intervening, analyzing root causes, and proposing improvements. Provide technical support, guidance, and training to the maintenance team and equipment users, ensuring their proficiency in the use and operation of equipment and facilities Support, drive and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) both individually and for your team, with specific attention to Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Lead the evaluation and continuous development of staff performance and behaviours through a variety of management techniques, including regular 1-2-1 discussions and by using the company annual objective and appraisal system. To coach, mentor and enable team members in problem solving activities and to develop their continuous improvement skills and support them in the delivery of appropriate improvement projects As part of the Enterprise Excellence initiative, you will, through your own role and as a Maintenance Team Leader, drive to continuously seek, identify, and implement improvement initiatives across all areas, encompassing people, processes, and technology.
