Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Neighbourhood Housing Officer
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Neighbourhood Housing Officer in the Byker Team.
About the role
The successful candidate will support the Byker Team in delivering estate-based services including tenancy and estate management, allocations and lettings, and addressing low-level anti-social behaviour.
About you
You must have a proven track record and knowledge of current housing legislation.
In this role, you will act as a ‘key account manager’ for customers, liaising with other teams to provide a consistent end-to-end customer experience. You will support the development and delivery of high-quality housing services across Byker, working in line with housing strategies and policies to ensure effective tenancy and neighbourhood sustainment.
About our team
The successful candidate will work in our Byker team led by Lynsey Hall, Head of Housing and Community. For more information about the role, please contact Lynsey at 07515369744 or Lynsey.Hall@karbonhomes.co.uk.
